Fiesta de toros en el aire [Madrid?], unpublished, 1784 Etching engraved on copper (21 x 31 cm, with bowl), in a beautiful gilt frame (modern copy of old frame) This plate drawn and engraved by Carnicero represents a scene of a picador in a balloon ! It comes from the Knitter collection; it is reproduced in El Siglo de Oro de las Tauromaquias, p. 33. It is also in the bullfighting museum in Madrid... Ex-Libris René Cluzel, engraved by François Righi.
