LIGHT HOUSE of a torera on horseback. (Rejoneadora). It consists of: . -a "chaqueta" richly decorated with floral motifs, embroidered with golden copper threads, with small coral stones in the centre. The large shoulder-pieces are richly embroidered in relief, and, enriched with tassel fringes finished with mother-of-pearl beads; three out of four tassels embellish the whole ... of thick guardian pants cut in solid leather, dyed yellow. [Spain], without publisher, [c. 1860]... This costume, given its small size, could only be worn by a rather slender torera... Nevertheless, it weighs nearly 4.5 kg (!). Beautiful condition, unusual.
