A good copy, despite a slight wetness reaching the upper corner. Illustrated with 5 hors-texts including a view of Seville and a scene of bull recruitment for the fight COLOMBA (Father Luis). Spanish stories. Lille, Bruges, Desclée de Brouwer, 1924. In-8 (182 pp., 1 f.). Illustrated blue publisher's paperback. 10 hors-texte woods by Jos. Girard. Palau 56992.. DEULIN (Charles). Chez les voisins. Paris, A la Librairie Illustrée, [1876]. In-16 (126 pp., 1f.). Red half-chagrin with corners, spine decorated with lyre irons, red morocco title page. A few pages are devoted to bullfights in the chapter on Spain. This edition, printed on beautiful laid paper, is not mentioned by Pertus. The works are not quoted in Pertus.

La vente se fera au comptant. Les acquéreurs paieront, en sus des enchères, les frais suivants par lot : 25% TTC ( 27 % TTC pour les achats via la plateforme Drouot Live et 28 % TTC pour les acheteurs via la plateforme invaluable ) Les frais bancaires pour virements étrangers seront à la charge de l’acquéreur. Les paiements par cartes de crédit étrangères subiront 1.20% de frais supplémentaires. Aucun chèque étranger ne sera accepté. Le plus offrant et le dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire et aura l’obligation de payer comptant.
En cas de litige la S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL aura le droit de résoudre la vente et de remettre en vente le ou les lots objet(s) du litige EXPOSITION PUBLIQUE Une exposition ayant lieu au préalable, les acheteurs potentiels sont invités, à cette occasion, à examiner le ou les biens pouvant les intéresser et à constater leur état avant la vente aux enchères. Des rapports sur l’état des lots sont disponibles sur demande et restent à l’entière appréciation de l’acheteur. Tous les lots sont vendus dans l’état où ils se trouvent au moment de leur adjudication. En conséquence il ne sera admis aucune réclamation une fois l’adjudication prononcée.
CONDITIONS POUR ENCHERIR
La vente se fera dans l’ordre du catalogue. Les attributions ont été établies compte-tenu des connaissances scientifiques et artistiques à la date de la vente. Les dimensions ne sont données qu’à titre indicatif. Si l’adjudicataire n’exécute pas les obligations ci dessus, le ou les lots concernés pourront être remis en vente à la même vacation ou à une vacation ultérieure, aux risques et périls de celui ci. Aucun achat ne sera remis avant le paiement intégral du prix de l’adjudication et des frais de vente de celui ci.
ORDRES D’ACHAT
Pour les personnes ne pouvant assister à la vente, un formulaire d’ordre d’achat inclus dans ce catalogue est à remplir. La S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL agira pour le compte de l’enchérisseur, selon les instructions contenues dans le formulaire d’ordre d’achat. Les ordres d’achat sont une facilité pour les clients. A ce titre, notre société n’assumera aucune responsabilité si la liaison téléphonique est interrompue, n’est pas établie, ou tardive. Bien que la SVV YANN LE MOUEL soit prête à enregistrer les demandes d’ordres téléphoniques au plus tard jusqu’à la fin des horaires d’expositions, elle n’assumera aucune responsabilité en cas d’inexécution au titre d’erreurs ou d’omissions en relation avec les ordres téléphoniques.
La SVV se réservé la possibilité d’enregistrer les conversations téléphoniques. La S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL n’est pas responsable pour avoir manqué d’exécuter un ordre par erreur ou pour tout autre cause.
RETRAIT DES ACHATS
Dès l’adjudication, l’objet sera sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire. A ce titre il appartient à ce dernier de procéder à un enlèvement rapide, afin d’éviter des frais de magasinage. Les objets ne pourront être délivrés qu’après paiement intégral du prix de l’adjudication frais compris, et des frais de manutention et de gardiennage. L’acquéreur sera lui même chargé de faire assurer ses acquisitions, et la S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL décline toute responsabilité quant aux dommages que l’objet pourrait encourir et ceci dès l’adjudication prononcée. Le transport se fait sous l'entière responsabilité de l'acheteur .

TERMS OF SALE BY AUCTION All purchases will be paid in cash. EXHIBITION VIEWING A pre- auction viewing allows bidders to ascertain the condition of the sale items.
