Cover in embossed leather with elephant motif. 10 x 14,5 cm ; album : 41 x 31,5 cm. 9 silver prints of the period are enclosed. 10 x 8 cm to 9 x 28 cm. Casimir Ostoja Zagourski, a photographer of Polish origin, settled in Leopoldville (Congo) in 1924 and for twenty years led expeditions throughout Africa. Between 1935 and 1941, he marketed his photographs in the form of albums entitled "L'Afrique qui disparaît", all slightly different.
