"The Transparent Woman - science's gift to health education in New York...
If you had X-ray eyes, this is how milady would appear before you. This is the transparent woman unveiled by Dr. Dean de Mitt Lewis of Johns Hopkins Hospital, before introducing public and health officials in the private exhibit hall of the New York Museum of Science and Industry at Rockefeller Center. The science exhibit is similar to the transparent man at the Chicago World's Fair," ca. 1930.
