"For the first time, the House of Dior will present French haute couture in the U.S.S.R., ca.1960. The Dior staff, accompanied by twelve models, flew from Orly this morning to Moscow to carry out an extraordinary embassy. This is the first time a French couturier has presented a collection in the U.S.S.R. The models were photographed at the airfield a few minutes before departure."
