KEYSTONE - PARIS "The latest "vélo-coach" at the cycle show. This morning, Parisians were surprised to see "bodied" cyclists on the streets of the capital. Indeed, an engineer and manufacturer, Mr. Chazalet, has just launched the "vélo coach" or "vélo parapluie" craze. Cyclists will no longer fear the wind or the rain, as they'll be protected by this little oiled canvas cabin, which is a little odd-shaped, but can be dismantled in three minutes.
