18K (750/oo) yellow gold oval brooch decorated with black enamel edging (slightly missing) and 6 small pearls, probably fine, centered on a large cameo on two-tone agate depicting a profile of a woman with a grapefruit headdress. Dimensions: approx. 55 x 45 mm, later metal reinforcements on the back, traces of tin soldering. French work, late 19th century. Gross weight: 46.1 g.
