La vente se fera au comptant. Les acquéreurs paieront, en sus des enchères, les frais suivants par lot : 25% TTC Les frais bancaires pour virements étrangers seront à la charge de l’acquéreur. Les paiements par cartes de crédit étrangères subiront 1.20% de frais supplémentaires. Aucun chèque étranger ne sera accepté. Le plus offrant et le dernier enchérisseur sera l’adjudicataire et aura l’obligation de payer comptant.
En cas de litige la S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL aura le droit de résoudre la vente et de remettre en vente le ou les lots objet(s) du litige
EXPOSITION PUBLIQUE Une exposition (Lots visibles dans nos bureaux) ayant lieu au préalable, les acheteurs potentiels sont invités, à cette occasion, à examiner le ou les biens pouvant les intéresser et à constater leur état avant la vente aux enchères. Des rapports sur l’état des lots sont disponibles sur demande et restent à l’entière appréciation de l’acheteur. Tous les lots sont vendus dans l’état où ils se trouvent au moment de leur adjudication. Les reproductions des lots dans le catalogue en ligne sont aussi fidèles que possible. Une différence de coloris ou de ton est néanmoins possible. En conséquence il ne sera admis aucune réclamation une fois l’adjudication prononcée.
CONDITIONS POUR ENCHERIR
La vente se fera dans l’ordre du catalogue à la date et à l’heure indiqués. Les attributions ont été établies compte-tenu des connaissances scientifiques et artistiques à la date de la vente. Les dimensions ne sont données qu’à titre indicatif. Si l’adjudicataire n’exécute pas les obligations ci-dessus, le ou les lots concernés pourront être remis en vente à la même vacation ou à une vacation ultérieure, aux risques et périls de celui-ci. ORDRES D’ACHAT
La S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL peut agir pour le compte de l’enchérisseur, selon les instructions contenues dans le formulaire d’ordre d’achat. Les ordres d’achat sont une facilité pour les clients. A ce titre, notre société n’assumera aucune responsabilité en cas d’inexécution des ordres d’achat.
RETRAIT DES ACHATS
Dès l’adjudication, l’objet sera sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire. A ce titre il appartient à ce dernier de procéder à un enlèvement rapide, afin d’éviter des frais de magasinage. Les objets ne pourront être délivrés qu’après paiement intégral de tous les achats fait au cours de la vente ( prix de l’adjudication frais compris, et des frais de manutention et de gardiennage) L’acquéreur sera lui même chargé de faire assurer ses acquisitions, et la S.V.V YANN LE MOUEL décline toute responsabilité quant aux dommages que l’objet pourrait encourir et ceci dès l’adjudication prononcée. Le transport se fait sous l'entière responsabilité de l'acheteur .

TERMS OF SALE BY AUCTION
All purchases will be paid cash. In addition to the hammer price, buyers will pay the following fees and taxes by item: 25% TTC, All foreign fees for wire transfer will be charged on the buyer.. No foreign check will be accepted. The successful bidder will be the highest and last bidder and must pay cash. In the event of a dispute, the Auctioneer has the right to cancel the sale and put the disputed lot(s) back up for auction.
EXHIBITION VIEWING
A pre- auction viewing at our office allows bidders to ascertain the condition of the sale items. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested, before the auction takes place. Condition reports are usually available on request and remain subject to the personal appreciation of the prospective buyer. All lots are therefore sold in their condition at the moment of the sale. The reproductions of the lots in the online catalog are as faithful as possible. A difference in color or tone is nevertheless possible. Consequently, no complaints will be accepted once the adjudication has been pronounced.
NECESSARY CONDITIONS TO BID
The order of the sale will be that of the catalogue. Attributions are based on scientific and artistic knowledge at the time of the sale. Sizes are given only for your information. If the purchaser fails to abide by the aforementioned obligations, the lot(s) concerned may be put back up for auction during the same session or during a subsequent session, at the purchaser’s own risk.
Purchaser have to register on Drouot Digital. In order to be able to bid. Only a complete registration satisfying all of Drouot Digital's requests allows to participate in the sale. The auction step is set by the auction system.
BUYING ORDRES
It is possible for a bidder unable to attend the auction to fill out the buying order form appended to this catalogue. The auctioneer shall act on the behalf of the bidder, in accordance with the instructions stated in the buying- order form. A buying order is a service designed to help customers. The Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for failing to execute an order by mistake or for any other reason
COLLECTION OF PURCHASES
As soon as the hammer goes down, the lot is under the responsibility of the purchaser. Buyers are advised to collect their purchases promptly, so to avoid storage costs. Purchased lots may only be collected after complete payment of all the lots bought during the auction ( Hammer price, sales costs, and handling and storage costs.). The purchaser is responsible for having his/her purchases insured, and the Auctioneer shall accept no responsibility for any damage sustained by the lot after the hammer has gone down. Shipping is under the responsibility of the purchaser
